An interview with Turkish Silverlight Guru Daron Yöndem after RIA Talks Event which was hosted by Adobe Turkey

Last week-end i was attend a fresh summer developer event called INETA Summer Hit 2008 which was organized by INETA Turkey. The event has been held at the Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul starting from 9.30 in the morning to 18.00.

At the beginning of INETA Summer Hit I had a discussion panel about the future of software design in Turkey.

At the second day again i hosted the “Web 3.0” session where our attendees were eagerly asking lots of questions about the future of software development on web. 

Also i did some little interview during evebt. Below you can watch it :)

We are planing an event to bring together Turk MVP's and MSP's with audience with a large organization, in this hot summer days. It is INETA SummerHit 2008


This event will be in 2-3 August in Yıldız Technical University Auditorium, and four MVP and 2 MSP will attend.

I will talk in two sections about software technologies and Web 3.0.

I was invited to IBM Best Student Recognition Event 2008, Switzerland which held 2 - 4 July for my activites in Turkey about Information Technology area.

I went to Switzerland with another who is a PhD student at Koc University.

And after i went to Switzerland, i saw that nearly %80 of all students in this event is PhD student.

Just i finish my university and got an Bsc degree so i was so suprized.

We were in IBM Zurich Innovation Center for three days. This center is a very interesting area. Details are here.

In Imagine Cup 2008 IT Category; after the online quiz section, i was ranked as first participant of Turkey and choosen into top 500 participant. So with this result, after the first round i had a chance to attend second round.

In second round my project which was drawn in MS Visio was ranked 15th project of the world, in 500 participant and got 75 points over 100.

It is bad for me, cause i can not attend IC Finals in Paris with this score but i will prepare a better one in IC 2009 ;)
